Aerial Classes

Aerial classes are open to students of all ages and experience levels. No experience is necessary to go in the air for the first time! 100% of class time is spent in the air and you may arrive early and stay late to warm-up and stretch. Please wear form-fitting attire that covers the backs of your knees and your midriff (for more information on great aerial attire. All classes are held in the The Sky Box at the House of Yes at 342 Maujer St, off of the Grand St stop on the L.
